Refund & Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us, and while our services are non-tangible and non-returnable, we have outlined our refund policy below to ensure clarity and transparency.

1. Service-Based Nature

All of our services—including PPC Advertising, Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Web Design, Email Marketing, and SEO—are digital and delivered based on agreed strategies, time, and expertise. As such, they cannot be “returned” once initiated.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery of Service: If we fail to initiate the agreed service within 14 days of receiving payment and no communication has been made, you may request a full refund.

  • Duplicate Payment: In the case of accidental double billing or duplicate charges, a full refund will be issued promptly.

  • Project Cancellation Before Start: If you cancel before any work has begun, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on project scope and preparation time.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Once work has started on your campaign or project.

  • If delays are caused by lack of client communication, approvals, or required materials.

  • For dissatisfaction with results when services were provided as agreed. (We cannot guarantee specific rankings, leads, or conversions due to the nature of digital marketing and external factors beyond our control.)

  • Completed services, strategy sessions, consultations, or delivered assets are non-refundable.

4. Project-Specific Terms

  • PPC Campaigns: Ad spend paid directly to Google, Facebook, or other platforms is non-refundable.

  • Web Design: Refunds are not available once design drafts or development has begun.

  • Content Marketing: Delivered content (blogs, graphics, videos, etc.) is non-refundable.

5. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at contact@offdealy.com within 7 days of the issue. Provide details of your concern and supporting evidence if applicable. We will review your request within 5–7 business days and communicate our decision.

6. Policy Updates

We may update this Refund and Return Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of these updates.
